Cancellation Policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total
If cancelling 90 days before arrival, forfeit 0% of the booking total
In the case of a premature departure the full extent of the stay originally booked and confirmed will be charged.
No Show
Full payment. Non-refundable.
Payment terms
50% to secure a booking 60 days prior to arrival.
Full payment 30 days prior to arrival.
Conditions
Guest ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
The credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in.

Front Desk: Mon – Sun, 07:30 – 20:00
Check In: Mon – Sun, 14:00 – 18:00
Check Out: Mon – Sun, 07:30 – 11:00
Room Policy
Maximum of 2 persons are permitted to occupy one double room.
Children 5 years and under allowed to share room with parents.
